Skinny Italian Dressing

Skinny Italian Salad Dressing HaqueI must admit to you, I am a salad FREAK! I love eating fresh chopped veggies with some organic lean chicken breast or wild fish and making my own dressings with my blender has become really fun. This dressing recipe I researched from various blogs and made a few modifications so that it tastes like the real thing and is SUPER EASY AND FAST to whip up.


  • ½ Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Basil (you can use 6-7 fresh leaves which tastes amazing or dry seasonings)
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 TBS Dijon or yellow Mustard
  • 2 TBS Braggs Liquid Aminos (optional)
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves or you can use ½ tsp garlic seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 3-4 drops of liquid stevia or a packet of Truvia
  • Blend all the ingredients together in your blender or food processor for a couple of minutes or until it’s combined completely. Dress away your salad or use as a marinade for chicken or fish. Keep in your fridge for up to a week (In my fridge it won’t last but a couple of days)
